thailaendisch.de is a Thai–German translation office with branches in Berlin and on Sathon Road in Bangkok, about 1.4 km from the MFA legalization counter at MRT Khlong Toei. It has handled Thai–German marriages, family reunification and visas since 2001.

The office states that every translation is made by a translator sworn under § 189 GVG, the German courts act. We have not yet checked this against the official register at justiz-dolmetscher.de.

The Bangkok team obtains Thai certificates and has them legalized at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then at the German Embassy. It translates birth certificates, single-status certificates, marriage and divorce certificates and house registration extracts. The office also states that it provides interpreters authorized by a German court.
